By accessing xDrones, its website, Telegram bot or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. No financial advice
The Services provide software and information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Expected-value scores are model estimates, not guarantees.
3. Risk
Trading digital assets is highly volatile and can result in total loss. Automated strategies do not remove that risk. You accept full responsibility for any losses.
4. Preview status
Parts of the Services are pre-launch. Data may be illustrative and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity or sanctions evasion.
- No disrupting, reverse-engineering or unauthorised access.
- No misrepresenting affiliation with xDrones.
6. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xDrones and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits or data.

What information xDrones handles when you use the website, Telegram bot and related services. We aim to collect as little as possible.
2. What we handle
- On-chain and public data: wallet addresses, transactions and token data are public by nature and may be read to operate the Services.
- Telegram identifiers: if you use the bot, Telegram provides a user ID and username needed to respond.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve the interface.
3. What we never collect
Private keys, seed phrases or passwords. Never share those with anyone claiming to represent xDrones.
4. Use
Only to operate, secure and improve the Services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Third parties
Telegram, blockchain networks and infrastructure providers, each governed by their own policies.
6. Cookies
Only what is necessary to function and remember basic preferences. No third-party advertising trackers.
7. Retention
Operational data is kept only as long as needed, then removed.
8. Your choices
Stop using the bot at any time and request removal of identifiers through the Connect page.
9. Changes
Material changes are reflected by the date above.
